**About**

Jet2 is a low-cost British airline which is also the third-largest scheduled airline in the United Kingdom. The airline is a subsidiary of the Dart Group PLC and started operations under the name of Channel Express in 1983. Jet2 now has a fleet size of 90 covering over 72 destinations.

**Travel Class**

Jet2 provides an **all-economy** class cabin which has comfortable seats. Passengers can opt for seats with extra legroom during reservations

**Baggage Allowance**

**Domestic Flights** - Passengers can check-in 28 days prior to the scheduled departure time.

**In-flight Services**

Jet2 offers passengers with a buy-on-board menu which consists of snacks, hot/cold beverages. All special meals can be requested 24 hours before departure by contacting the airline directly to know more about the options.

**Frequent Flyer Programme**

UTair STATUS Loyalty Progam is Jet2's flyer program which allows members to earn miles while flying in any cabin class. Members also receive awards and can transfer miles to other members. Children are eligible for a 50% discount upon registration.

**Onboard Support**

Jet2 provides assistance to passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check-in are provided by on-ground staff. Passengers can choose a service that best suits their needs. Expectant mothers, parents of unaccompanied children, differently-abled personals by directly contacting customer care.

**Refund & Cancellation**

Passengers can cancel their booking either through Jet2 sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
