I'd like to understand why they will not return my email message or my wife's message As we left a Remote Control In room 509 on 15th Sunday 2026.... Yet all we get is Sorry Po I will have maid service look into this.. This is a simple 10 minutes search.. Meanwhile 36 hours later not a call or email . Customer service is not the best. And don't ya think if the Maid Service was doing their job properly they would have noticed theres an extra Remote Control in the room.. Jerick if you're reading this...this is what upset us Foreigners... Lack of communication skills and follow up.. I would appreciate a email or call 09566024400

My family had such a wonderful experience at XYZ Hotel. Their service truly went above and beyond, and everything was handled with so much care and attention to detail. A very special thank you to Ms. Rose for helping arrange my mom’s birthday surprise. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and made sure everything was perfectly prepared before my mom arrived. Because of her help, the celebration turned out so beautiful and memorable for our family. We truly appreciate the effort and warmth shown by the team. Thank you for making my mom’s birthday extra special! and of course Cleanliness of the hotel SuperB!!!!
