We stayed for two nights, and overall, I would rate the experience 6/10. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was simple but nice. However, there were two issues that unfortunately brought the rating down: 1. Room service/cleanliness – After our first night, the room was not cleaned, the bed was not changed, and no fresh towels or toilet paper were provided. I had to go down to reception around 8pm to ask for these, which was a little inconvenient after a long day. The receptionist was very kind and offered to send someone, but at that time we just wanted to relax, so I only asked for towels and toilet paper instead. 2. Bathroom maintenance – The toilet in our room wasn’t working properly, which was a bit frustrating and could use some attention. Aside from these points, the room itself was comfortable and the staff really did their best to make us feel welcome. With some improvements in housekeeping and maintenance, this could easily be a much higher-rated stay.
