The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The landscape is wonderful. The pool is a nice size and was heated, so swimming in cooler temperatures at this time was possible. The entertainment team tried their best to add fun activities throughout the day and at night. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a lot of variety and tasty food. There are shops where you can buy gifts or everyday supplies. There is also a medical clinic (you pay extra for) which was helpful as well.

We stayed there for 3 days and everything was excellent — outstanding service, very clean, and great food. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall experience was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
